Does the hotel have a pool?
The hotel has an outdoor pool with southern exposure. The swimming pools, sun beds and parasols are free. The pool has a children's section.

Is there internet in the hotel, what kind is it, is it free?
The hotel has wireless Internet,every room and the space around the pool, terrace, reception and dining room have a very good coverage. Its use is free.

Do you offer different packages with meals included?
At this point we offer only breakfast, which is not included in the price and must be requested in advance. Please see here for prices. Use of the kitchen block and dining room is free for all guests of the hotel after 12:00 a.m.

What about children?
All children are welcome and stay free of charge within the capacity of the reserved room. Children over 6 years of age on extra bed pay 15 BGN per day.

What about pets? Pets are allowed, but you have to tell us in advance. You may have to pay a tax. The hotel manager determines the rules according to the specific case.

How to book a room or studio at the hotel?

How to confirm the reservation?
Confirmation of Reservation can be made by depositing 30% of the amount for the entire stay.

How to cancel a booking and what will it cost?
You can cancel your reservation up to 14 days before arrival without losing the deposit. If the reservation is canceled later, the amount of the deposit will be charged.

At what time of the day should a guest check-in and check-out?
The accommodation is after 14:00 p.m. (if possible - earlier). Checking-out have to be until 12:00 a.m.

What payment methods are available?
You can pay in the following ways:
- Bank transfer (details of which will provide upon request a reservation)
- Cash (on arrival).
- With a card (we accept all major credit and debit cards)
